Isle of Møn Oak Gin

We have aged Isle of Møn Gin in 20 liter oak casks for 3 months. The result is a round, slightly smoky flavor with notes of vanilla and oak. The casks have different firings and the taste therefore varies from cask to cask.

Should be enjoyed neat or with an ice cube.
